Gate not working customer can't get wash guy was totally rude I definitely won't be coming back to this one last time the guy rubbed his nose and went to dry my truck off and I thought I'll give them a second chance done dont wast your money

These Guys treat your car as it's there own,clean,shine, with a smile on there face shot out to Emmette,Austin great workers go see these guys and get your cars wash with tender,love, care!

I just went to this carwash. I tipped the 1st guy $1 not really expecting much but he ended up doing s very thorough pre-wash. Now I wish I would have given him $2. What also surprised me was they had a guy drying your car even for the most basic wash. The equipment does need updating especially the brushes that are showing bare metal. People will not come to this carwash just because of that. They also need descriptions of what each level of carwash is so you can better choose.

6 months ago approx, I came to this car wash and the service was outstanding, was this pregnant girl with her boyfriend/husband giving you the best wash even when installations and equipment are the worst, I loved going there because of them. Some days I would have trouble paying because they have this new equipment that also is annoying, one of them would come out with a smile in their face helping me and made my wash a really good experience. I always attended to open an account but I was going to be out of state for a while so I decided to wait. Came back to open an account this week and this car wash is THE WORST, brushes not working, costumer service is garbage, the new guy that wash my car didn’t even removed the dirt of my car before sending me thought all the MISSED BRUSHES from the car wash, paid so much money for this. Very disappointed. I asked for the girl and the guy, and my surprise they not longer work there, it made totally sense why everything was messed up in there now. I truly don’t suggest coming here and being robbed because you pay a high price for a very poor wash and service.

So my car just got blasted driver side with some of the nastiest stickiest soap grime and has now royally gunked up my windshield and windows with a waxy residue that isn't coming off! Put her through twice and it didn't come off...came around 3rd time sprayed and scrubbed and sprayed did not go through again! still on my windshield. No wipe down would have just rubbed it in more plus I didn't have anymore time to waste. On top of that again wrong grade selected twice in a row! I'm might just be done here unless something is done. Somewhat aggravated at this point...been thru a few times now and receive the wrong wash grade as employees are not paying attention when they select it, either that or the machines were not in service at thebl time multiple times...additionally it has taken on average 30 minutes minimum to get thru the line when cars are stacked max 45. Its not the waiting really that gets me as that comes with any busy place that dies quality work. It's not getting what I pay for that needs to be addressed...I love that triple foam smell. Recently moved areas and one of my stipulations was that there was a monthly membership car wash close by. I love a clean car. And
